Active gum disease $85 ($96-$158 value)

  • 4 x-rays
  • Exam
  • 20% off all treatment that is paid in full at time of service for 6 months
  • Additional treatment will be required and varies depending on the extent of the disease (gross debridement, scaling and root planing)
